Sasha Singh is a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Life Coach specializing in Clinical Psychology. Sasha Singh is a Member of the Counsellors Council of India (CCI) and the International Association of Therapists (UK).
She is Certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy(REBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT/SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Marital Therapy and Counselling.She is also a Certified Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Practitioner.
She is also a Certified Career Coach (CCI, India & ICCC), Career Counsellor (NCS, Govt. of India), Therapeutic Art Life Coach, School and Sports Psychologist.
Dr. Sasha is also a Certified Yoga Trainer (200HR), Indian Yoga Association and teaches at Sunrise Yoga Club, Gurgaon.
Being an Alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women (University of Delhi) and University of Manchester (United Kingdom), she has had a long standing exposure and carries experience across various cultures based on which she advocates the importance of mental health in her clinical practice.

She has been in Practice since 2013 and provides treatment for Depression and Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Sleep-related Disorders, Eating Disorders, OCD, ADHD, Psychosis and Delusional Disorders, Substance Abuse Disorders, Anger issues, Adjustment issues, Grief, PTSD, Marital or Relationship issues and Child and Adolescent Issues.
