Yes, the sessions are confidential and non-judgmental as long as the client is not of harm to self or others.
Video calling will be conducted which is as effective as in-person counselling. Counseling via phone calls can be conducted if the client has less serious concerns.
Appointments can be made by calling on the number provided or WhatsApp message. You can also drop an email or message regarding any queries or concerns.
Each therapy session would be for one hour, depending on the progress it could be for 40-45 mins.
This depends on the treatment plan, the therapist would assess the progress and communicate to the client accordingly.
The relationship is strictly professional and ethical.
No, medications are not prescribed. However if the therapist feels the need for the same, she will refer you to a psychiatrist.
